Every card
The 80-card deck, all 16 characters and the four roles — drawn exactly as they appear at the table. New to the game? Start with how to play.
Bang!Action
25 in the deck
Shoot a player within range of your weapon. They lose one life unless they answer with a Missed!.
One Bang! per turn unless you have a Volcanic in play.
Missed!Reaction
12 in the deck
Cancels a Bang! aimed at you. Play it when asked, not on your own turn.
A Gatling is a Bang! at everyone, so a Missed! answers that too.
BeerAction
6 in the deck
Regain one life, never above your maximum. You may also play it at zero life to come back at one.
Beer does nothing once only two players are left alive.
Panic!Action
4 in the deck
Take one card from a player at distance 1 — a random card from their hand, or a named card in front of them.
Distance 1 means reachable by your bare hands, not by your weapon.
Cat BalouAction
4 in the deck
Make any player discard one card, at any distance. A random one from their hand, or a named card in front of them.
StagecoachAction
2 in the deck
Draw two cards from the deck.
Wells FargoAction
1 in the deck
Draw three cards from the deck.
General StoreAction
2 in the deck
Turn up one card per living player. Starting with you and going clockwise, each player takes one.
Indians!Action
2 in the deck
Every other player either discards a Bang! or loses one life. Distance does not matter.
A Missed! will not save you here — it has to be a Bang!.
DuelAction
3 in the deck
Challenge any player at any distance. You alternate discarding Bang! cards; the first who cannot loses one life.
The player you challenged discards first.
GatlingAction
1 in the deck
A Bang! against every other player at once, at any distance. Each needs their own Missed!.
SaloonAction
1 in the deck
Every living player regains one life, up to their own maximum.
BarrelEquipment
2 in the deck
When a Bang! hits you, draw! — a heart counts as a Missed! and the shot is cancelled.
ScopeEquipment
1 in the deck
You see every other player as one unit closer.
MustangEquipment
2 in the deck
Every other player sees you as one unit further away.
JailEquipment
3 in the deck
Played on another player. At the start of their turn they draw! — a heart frees them, anything else skips their turn.
The Sheriff cannot be jailed.
DynamiteEquipment
1 in the deck
Sits in front of you. At the start of your turn you draw! — Spades 2 through 9 costs you three life and destroys it. Anything else passes it to the player on your left.
VolcanicWeapon
2 in the deck
Range 1, and it lifts the one-Bang!-per-turn limit.
SchofieldWeapon
3 in the deck
Range 2.
RemingtonWeapon
1 in the deck
Range 3.
Rev. CarabineWeapon
1 in the deck
Range 4.
WinchesterWeapon
1 in the deck
Range 5.
Characters
One is dealt to you at random. The bullets are your maximum life — and your hand limit when you are at full health.
Bart Cassidy4 life
Each time he loses a life point, he immediately draws one card from the deck — one card per life lost.
Black Jack4 life
In his draw phase he draws two cards and shows the second one. If it is a heart or a diamond, he draws a third card as well.
Calamity Janet4 life
She may play a Missed! as if it were a Bang!, and a Bang! as if it were a Missed!.
El Gringo3 life
Each time another player makes him lose a life point, he takes a random card from that player’s hand — one card per life lost.
Jesse Jones4 life
In his draw phase he may take his first card at random from another player’s hand instead of the deck. His second card always comes from the deck.
Jourdonnais4 life
He plays as if he always has a Barrel: when a Bang! hits him he gets a "draw!" for a chance to dodge it. An actual Barrel gives him a second chance.
Kit Carlson4 life
In his draw phase he looks at the top three cards of the deck, keeps two of them, and puts the last one back on top of the deck.
Lucky Duke4 life
Every time he has to "draw!", he flips two cards instead of one and uses whichever of the two suits him better.
Paul Regret3 life
He plays as if he always has a Mustang: every other player sees him as one extra unit of distance away.
Pedro Ramirez4 life
In his draw phase he may take his first card from the top of the discard pile instead of the deck. His second card always comes from the deck.
Rose Doolan4 life
She plays as if she always has a Scope: she sees every other player as one unit of distance closer.
Sid Ketchum4 life
At any time he may discard two cards from his hand to regain one life point. He can never go above his maximum life.
Slab the Killer4 life
Anyone he shoots with a Bang! must play two Missed! cards to avoid it. A successful Barrel dodge counts as one of the two.
Suzy Lafayette4 life
The moment her hand is empty, she immediately draws one card from the deck.
Vulture Sam4 life
Whenever another player is eliminated, he takes that player’s whole hand and all of their cards in play instead of them going to the discard pile.
Willy the Kid4 life
He may play any number of Bang! cards during his turn, as if he always had a Volcanic. His weapon still sets how far he can shoot.
Roles
Dealt face down, kept secret. Only the Sheriff is revealed at the start of the game.
Sheriff
Kill every Outlaw and the Renegade.
Deputy
Protect the Sheriff. Kill every Outlaw and the Renegade.
Outlaw
Kill the Sheriff.
Renegade
Be the last one standing — kill the Sheriff last.
